Lease Agreements
Our lease agreement is designed to be fair and transparent. We regularly review and update our lease agreement to ensure that it is in compliance with all local, state and federal laws.
Resident Portal
Our residents enjoy access to a secure 24-7 online resident portal. There, residents can view their documents such as lease agreements, view their payment history and print receipts, submit maintenance request, and make rent payments.
Online Rent Payments
Today, there should be no reason to write checks, spend money purchasing money orders, or bank checks and sending them through the mail, hoping that the payment will arrive on time. Our residents make rent payments through their online resident portals. It is convenient, fast and secure. As an option, residents can setup auto-payments, so there is no need to remember to make a rent payment each month.
Response Time
No one likes to wait for a response. We monitor our phones and emails 24/7 and will respond to all inquiries and maintenance request within 24 business hours.
Repairs and Maintenance
We have over 40 vendors on our approved vendor list. We pre-screen our vendors to ensure that they are qualified to provide their services, that they are fully licensed and insured. Our vendors are dispatched to the property based on either our internal request, or when a maintenance issue is reported by our residents. We follow up with our residents via a quick survey to ensure that the work was performed correctly and to their satisfaction.
Property Evaluations
We perform at least one full property evaluation during each term of the tenancy. Property evaluations are designed to ensure that all maintenance issues are being addressed and have been performed to our, property owner’s and resident’s satisfaction. All property evaluations are scheduled with our residents in advance to minimize any inconvenience or disruption to the resident’s daily schedule
Online Pet Profile
Online pet profile is an easy and convenient way to apply and register your pet with us. All residents are required to have a pet profile. If you do not have a pet, your pet profile will serve as a confirmation that you currently do not have a pet. Additionally, pet profile can easily be shared with your veterinarian, animal hospitals or pet daycares. Our pet profiles are provided by PetScreening.com
