Realtor® – Leasing Agent
If you are a Realtor®/Leasing Agent, we understand the vital role that you play in procuring qualified applicants and expediting the rental of our available properties. We offer some of the most generous leasing commissions on our rental listings. All leasing commissions are paid within three (3) business days of a successful execution of our residential lease agreement with the new tenant.
All Realtors/Leasing Agents, who have shown one of our rental properties to a prospective tenant, which resulted in a successful execution of our residential lease agreement with that tenant, must complete our Rental Agent Form in order for the referral commission to be paid. Showing a property, and having Duties Owed form signed by your client, does not guarantee a receipt of a referral commission from Southwest Management Group, LLC. To be considered the procuring cause in a successful lease transaction, there must be an uninterrupted series of events which lead to an approved applicant, and a fully executed lease agreement.
